My salesman, Queen, worked very hard on my behalf. But after more than 7 phone calls, starting at 9:30 this morning, her sales manager decided to sell the car to someone who came in late this afternoon. I was a full price buyer who just wanted to see the carfax and a photo before purchase. I offered to charge the entire purchase price to my charge card immediately and show up with a bank check on Monday. Not good enough. More
