Still waiting on plates and loan information I won't bad mouth gateway Chevy. Bought my car June 29th 2015 I've called the loan company too many times to remember they still don't have my account I won't bad mouth gateway Chevy. Bought my car June 29th 2015 I've called the loan company too many times to remember they still don't have my account, so I call Ron my sales guy he has no idea what is going he tells me to call Susan so I call Susan we play phone tag, once we finally talk she says the loan company should have my info soon they have to process the info giving to them. Okay so I wait it's been 1.5 months already. I know gateway said I can make my first payment with them but that's not the point. Meanwhile my temporary tag is due to expire on August 13th so I emailed Ron asking if I could come in to get another if my plates weren't here by the 13th he never said yes or no. He also says call Karen during the week I'm guessing she knows more about the plate process so I called and left a message for her. So guess where I will be Monday morning at gateway trying to get more answers and less of the runarounds. This is not how my first car buying experience is suppose to be like. More
