I had a very recent bad experience with leasing a Genesis , both mgr and sales person confirmed the deal and when it came to signing and putting deposit the general manager raised the price by greater than 1 , both mgr and sales person confirmed the deal and when it came to signing and putting deposit the general manager raised the price by greater than 10% , ie bad business tactics I would strongly not recommend anyone do business with this dealership . The leases on our two Subarus were coming due in August and in an effort to avoid price increases we started our search early for replacement vehicles. We first came to Crestmont after visiting Honda and and in an effort to avoid price increases we started our search early for replacement vehicles. We first came to Crestmont after visiting Honda and Subaru. Even though we chose an Outback to replace our Crosstrek, (Crestmont didn't have a Tuscon that we wanted) I returned to Crestmont to test drive the Sonata and Kona. Ron's approach was refreshing. Not too much pressure but wanted to earn my business. His knowledge of all the vehicles and the features is exceptional. The finance processing was slow compared to Subaru. We took delivery on both cars on the same day and Subaru was just as thorough in explaining things but was about a half an hour faster in getting us to delivery point with sales. More
