I was told that when I came to get the vehicle I would have a tank of gas and it would be all ready to go, in my opinion I wouldn't say that was the case. That is why I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars. More

The staff was very friendly and stayed after closing hours to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Our salesman Ron was excellent and worked to get us a good deal as well as explain everything possible about the vehicle we purchased. We drove an hour to take a look at the vehicle we purchased and it was well worth the drive. I had an appointment set up with Ashlea prior to arriving. They had our vehicle conviently parked and ready to test drive. We did not have to wait for a sales person to come greet us on the lot. Ashlea was prepared and had Ron waiting for us. I would definitely recommend giving them a look for your next purchase. More

Car buying the way it should be I found the car I wanted and they got me into that car. I will only use them for my car needs. I have gone to other dealers that tried to sell me something other that than car I wanted. That is not how they operate here, they sell you what you want. More

After having regrets on the way home, we turned around and returned to Brad Deery this time getting to work with Ron. He already had the vehicle of interest out front and explained every detail about the vehicle to us. We fell in love and he helped to make all of the paperwork go smoothly. Ron and the remaining Brad Deery staff were willing to stay late on a Friday night with us until we got everything figured out. I could have chosen a dealership much closer to my home, but My wife and I had a great new car buying experience with the team at Brad Deery Motors. I could have chosen a dealership much closer to my home, but chose to drive the distance to Maquoketa and I was not disappointed. The vehicle that met my criteria was not in the inventory at the dealership, but my salesman, Ron, was able to locate one and arranged to have it brought to Brad Deery the next day. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new vehicle, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the customer service we received from the sales team at Brad Deery Motors.
