Ron answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to do everything he could to make the purchase meet our expectations. We had no experience with the Volvo brand previously, and Ron patiently explained the full operation of all features inside the car to us and our daughter, making her feel comfortable for her test drive. It was always easy to contact Ron if we had questions or concerns, and, most impressive was that he always got back to us quickly, and I felt like he was always in touch. He was never a "pushy salesman" which made us feel comfortable. Ron felt like a friend from beginning to end, and continues to follow-up post-sale to make sure we are satisfied. My husband and I made a few trips and each time Ron made himself available. Ultimately we found a perfect car and were able to work with them on a price that felt good. We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we were looking for was located at the Prestige Volvo dealership so we headed over. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Ron Landstrom, who would be our salesman. From the very beginning, he was honest and patient with us and did not resemble at all, the stereotypical "car salesman". He took us over to view the vehicle we were interested in and then answered all of our questions and concerns while we sat down to crunch numbers. In the meantime, my husband and I were drooling over the beautiful fully loaded model in the showroom. We ended up falling in love with that one instead and made a deal. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him and the entire Prestige Volvo team. He has since followed up with us numerous times to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle and to answer any questions we may have. When I took the car in to have accessories installed, he was there to answer my questions and make sure I had a loaner car ready and available.
