He never grew impatient and he remembered who I was and what I was looking for in a car each time I called. You have a face and a name at Prestige. And, they remember what is important to you and they take great lengths to make sure you're well pleased. Recently had a small issue with my vehicle. Called Prestige for help and they took care of me. In my case, there was a faulty part, they took immediate action to get me back on the road and they covered the price of the part. Jay, the Service Manager, was very helpful and clearly explained what the issue was. Prestige Volvo is not a dealership you have to babysit. They take care of your needs. More than once I have been very surprised (and elated) by their professional conduct. They are also very welcoming. More
