Beware! BUYERS BEWARE!: I purchased a 2016 RHD Jeep Wrangler 2/23/16 from this dealership. One year later it stranded me in the side of the road and went in BUYERS BEWARE!: I purchased a 2016 RHD Jeep Wrangler 2/23/16 from this dealership. One year later it stranded me in the side of the road and went in for motor work. 2 days later, overheated to I brought it to Bonneville (where I purchased it) they replaced the radiator and thermostat and called me to come and pick it up because it was ready. I picked it up and 5 minutes down the road it was overheating again as well as fluctuation interior heat. I turned around and brought it back. I went back home which was a total of almost 3 hours wasted. The next day they did a flush of the heater core and called me to say it was ready again: I picked it up and the next day yet again it was overheating. I brought it back. They allegedly drove the vehicle and "could not reproduce the over heating" however, the service employee I was primarily dealing with stated on the phone that they couldn't get the thermostat to move " that much" which indicated to me that it was indeed heating up more than a 1 year old vehicle should. They could not pinpoint the problem so they told me " I don't know what to tell you" and passed the vehicle along as being "fixed". I then moved onto the sales team to get a trade in value for the vehicle as I no longer want to play games with it stranding me on the side of the road. I was given a "cash value" of $26,100 by Ron (sales) and had negotiated a price to purchase a 2014 Honda CR-V. After contacting my bank and making arrangements to proceed I learned that they "didn't want my Jeep" and they stated that "we would offer you much less than what we initially said" they are aware that she sold me a compromised vehicle which has unresolved issues (and is still under warranty) I was also told "if it overheats again, just keep driving it anyway". It is clear that this dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. They have caused a huge amount of inconvenience to me, the customer. I have been lied to, passed from manager to manager, nothing has been resolved and I am now left with a useless $33,000 vehicle and have been offered nothing but several " I don't know what to tell you"s. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was not able to talk to the owner. I guess I am not important enough for him to spare a moment of time. I would warn customers from purchasing from a careless dealership that has no intent to stand behind their vehicles and no concern what so ever for the satisfaction of their customers. More

He was very helpful, informative and wasn't pushy at all. I was able to leave the dealership with 100% confidence in my purchase thanks to Rick. Dan in finance also went above and beyond to ensure my absolute satisfaction and made sure i left with the best possible rate available. The entire experience exceeded every expectation i had and i will be using Bonneville for all my future purchases. I am now officially a Bonneville customer for life. More

Competitive pricing, This is my second purchase from Bonneville and fundamentally, they had the right product at the right price. All three of the guys I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with the vehicle I wanted, got close enough on the price for my trade-in, and the bottom line was that it all worked out well. As a buyng experience, there was reasonable clarity around price. For example, Rick called up KBB and we looked at it together and could quickly come to the right math. I hated the old school back and forth game with the "let me talk to my manager" dance (I know some people who love it and miss it). There's some of that I overheard when in the showroom, but to Rick's credit, we didn't engage that way (I would have walked away if we had). I'd say there are vestiges of that experience. Found myself sitting too long for one aspect or another of the process. I'd contrast that with a Grappone up in Concord, with its no commission sales model and just a more contemporary give and take experience. I think there is a heightened awareness of customer service at Bonneville and they are trying hard. Not quite there yet, but working on it. I'd go back again if I needed to and that's the most important point to make. More

Disgruntled client to very HAPPY client!!! I had a negative sales experience at Bonneville & Son in 1999 and was extremely skeptical of coming back to them for another Jeep. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so fairly and compassionately by Rick Goulette and Ron Nowe. Due to a leg injury that prohibited me walking from Nov15-Feb15 and ultimately caused financial distress which was reflected on my credit report and made my loan option(s) minimal, Rick graciously supported me and pushed to get me into a vehicle that would work for my current needs. THANK YOU Rick for being a good person and helping me through this process, making the overall experience a positive one. I look forward to working with you in the future and will be sure to send referrals your way! You are an asset to Bonneville and have successfully turned around the negative perception that I had for all of these years. More

My first car! I came to Bonneville & Son looking for my first vehicle. Haven't driven in New England for a while, and living on a mountain, I was worried about a car in the snow. Todd brought me to the thrill hill and showed me what their keeps can do! Back at the dealership, Jake helped me understand he process and was super friendly. And lastly, Rob who helped me get the financing for my first car, regardless of my credit. I got to know them all well, and they are very caring. Not pushy at all and understanding. Will be back for my next car in the future! More

Jeep Surprise! My wife Allie has been wanting a Jeep for years and finally we made the decision to get one. We selected Bonneville & Son originally since their loca My wife Allie has been wanting a Jeep for years and finally we made the decision to get one. We selected Bonneville & Son originally since their location was convenient and they deal with Jeeps! However we stayed with them for much more as they were professional, courteous and fun to talk too! It all started with Todd Oswald, Sales representative. I was there one Sunday afternoon with my son and Todd Oswald saw he and I just looking around. Then he decided to come up to me, introduced himself and shook our hands. All he said after this interaction was just look around and if something you see or "feel" has you curious, let me know. I liked that. Todd did not jump on us at all or pressure us in anyway. Actually he did the complete opposite. One thing he did add was if you wanted to test drive anything or go to the Jeep terrain park, just let him know. That was real cool! JEEP cool! This type of approach Todd took is rare with sales people which I know is cliche. So rare that we made the decision on the spot to get the Jeep. Of course we made it a family decision as I called my wife and other children to come check it out. Allie test drove it and was hooked! Man were the kids happy and surprised! The paperwork process was fast and easy as well..no haggling, no frustration..just smooth. Bottom line is Todd was awesome and made the experience and decision easy! I would refer him and Boneville to my friends and acquaintances looking for their Jeep experience in their lives! I look forward to building a long term relationship with Todd and team. Thank you so much for the experience! More
