Before coming into the dealership, Rick promised me via phone that he would get me the best deal possible, and that he would not give up until I got into a comfortable payment - Rick did just that. He took into consideration everything that I wanted in a vehicle, from the type, all the way down to the payment. I could not be more grateful for his hard work. Ron also worked everything in his power to make sure I was beyond satisfied, and he made sure I left at the end of the day happy and comfortable in my new vehicle. He was such a great manager to work with! I did some searching and thought that I was going to Bonneville just to look at the color that I wanted. ( still expecting to deal w/ Concord) . Enter , Todd Oswald. Todd is one of the most pleasant Salesman that I have ever dealt with. He invited us in ( Here we go , I thought) , but what followed was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. We looked over some trucks that day and left. A few days later Todd Left a voicemail about how he wanted Bonneville to be our dealer. A few days later, He left a another message with a price that was lower than what the Concord Dealer was offering...for the same truck ( that they would bring in ) . Called up Todd about 6Pm, Headed to Manchester and got to feel the Bonneville Advantage. Todd & Ron made the buying experience very easy . Took my new 2016 Longhorn Limited home that night. Rick Goulette was an exceptional salesman Bonneville and Son in Hooksett exceeded all our expectations in giving us a great deal on a jeep Cherokee. Rick Goulette was an exceptional salesman who helped make it all happen. We had certain features and options in mind for the vehicle, and we were trying to stretch our limited budget to achieve our goal. We had been shopping for a compact SUV for several months, having visited no less than 10 dealerships, including Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, Chevrolet and GMC in the Manchester/Concord region. A jeep was not even on our list when we decided to visit Bonneville after hearing about some good offers. We were pleasantly surprised and found the jeep Cherokee exterior to be stylish, the interior comfortable, and it was a solid vehicle made with quality materials. In other words, it felt a bit upscale not having cheap plastic-like surfaces that we saw on many of the competitor's vehicles. Unfortunately, Bonneville did not have a vehicle with the exact features we were looking for. Rick took the time to learn what we wanted. He then went above and beyond to get us the car with the exact features we wanted from another dealer location, and at the price we wanted to pay! We were very pleased with the experience. More
