Super Positive Car Buying Experience - First Time Ever! I think this was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle and came away from the experience with positive feelings. They didn’t have what I wanted on the dealer lot, but I stuck it out with them over a few weeks while they located all of the options and color match (I’m not difficult but I am picky). Yes, I could have easily gone to four or five other Jeep dealers in the area during that time but Todd and Ron were so easy to work with I just didn’t see the value in putting effort into building a different relationship. I did a lot of homework beforehand and I can say the pricing was fair for both parties and transparent. The guys in finance were great too. I took delivery not noticing an ugly quarter sized gouge in the rear bumper, partially my fault for not taking my time during the inspection. I don't believe Todd was aware of it either. I’m certain they’ll figure it out and make it right. I can definitely recommend Todd Oswald as your sales guy if you visit Bonneville and Son. More

Rick was SO patient, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my son's expectations. He did not pressure him, offered great advice, and stayed longer than closing time to help us work out a deal. Quick Quality Service I walked into the dealership on a whim at 6:30pm with the intentions of just looking. Rick offered to help me so I told him what my budget was and wh I walked into the dealership on a whim at 6:30pm with the intentions of just looking. Rick offered to help me so I told him what my budget was and what I was specifically looking for and he had two vehicles that fit my criteria right away. After I test drove the first one I knew right away it was the one. He is very knowledgeable and had all the answers to all my questions....and believe me there were plenty! At that point it wasn't a matter of "if" I was ready it was a matter of "can I take it home with me tonight?" Rick along with his manager Ron and Jake the money man went out of their way to make things happen even after hours. They got it done and I drove off in my new jeep. We have since hit a few snags along the way but Rick has gone out of his way to help in any way he can. He was great and I walked away not feeling like I got robbed or jerked around which is a huge bonus in my book! I would definitely recommend him and Bonneville to all my jeep buying friends! More
