A rare salesman I would first like to say that I am a pain in the butt to deal with. I come armed to fight and I don't play fair. I am that customer that will compare an apple to an orange. I went to 4 different dealerships for four different style trucks. When I walked through the doors a Bonneville, Rick greeted me in a friendly manner that came off as I was a long lost friend and it was good to see me. I was looking for a used Tundra he had on the lot but sadly he sold it. He tried to point out a few other trucks and even took a shot a trying to sell me a new Ram but I had no interest in anything else. He was very low key and said "I would like to earn your business but I understand there is nothing here for you.". He extended out his hand and as friendly as he could sent me on my way with his business card. It took 3 day to close my deal with Bonneville because I was interested in buying a Sierra. The deciding factor truly was Ricks friendly/let me go to work for you attitude. I absolutely recommend to everyone who is interested in buying a car/truck to stop by and see Rick Goulette. Very happy owner of a used Dodge Avenger I had first started looking to buy a car a few months ago. I am only 18 so I have no credit and I barely make enough money to be accepted by banks to I had first started looking to buy a car a few months ago. I came to Bonneville and dealt with a dealer who flat out told me I wouldn't be able to afford anything thing. After buying a car via private sale and having the transmission blow out, I decided to try Bonneville one more time. I was happily created by a wonderful man named Ricky. He was able to sit down with my dad and I and go over what my options would be. This man did everything to make sure I was going to be able to drive off the lot with a vehicle, but I came on a Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to be approved, which I was! Rick got me into a used 2012 Dodge Avenger and Ron Nowe got me monthly payments that were below my highest possible monthly payment I could do. I can't thank either of them enough for helping me how so fast and so efficiently. I definitely reccomend going to Bonneville and asking for Rick because I have never dealt with someone who was able to help me so quick and not shove vehicles on to me that I didn't want. I think the other dealers were overpriced, as the advertised price at Bonneville was right in line with the NADA book value. The people there were great. Even though we got there after dark, we were able to test drive the car and they stayed until we drove out of the lot. More
