They came up with a sweet dealt that met all my requirements and a price that beat hands down the other offers I had on the table. I felt very comfortable dealing with Rick Goulette, and Ron Nowe More

The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure a satisfying customer experience. In particular, my sales person Rick Goulette was outstanding to work with. He took the time to review all the Jeep Grand Cherokee model choices, options and features and even came in on his day off to ensure that the vehicle and the paperwork were ready for delivery on schedule. Excellent job by both Rick and by Ron Nowe and highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

They work hard to give the best possible value, and if something unexpected comes up, you can believe them when they say "it won't be a problem". Rick is efficient, polite, professional and an overall excellent person to work with, and he was extremely helpful in handling my trade. One of the first things I told Rick was that buying / trading cars is one of my least favorite things to do, but it's dropped down to the bottom of that list after this recent experience. The team at Bonneville works together like a well oiled machine, and more impressive than that, they make it look easy (when we all know it's not). My thanks to Rick and everyone at Bonneville. More

Rick is courteous and professional, and most importantly he has even me believing that he is working to make the customer happy. For example, we signed the paperwork this past Friday evening, and drove away with the truck. That evening we felt some rattling in the truck that was not felt in the test drive. Monday I called up the service department and booked a service date 2 weeks out (their earliest availability). When I contacted Rick to let him know what was going on, he worked with the service department to get my truck in the next day. And to top it all off, even though I was expecting a battle about having to pick up some of the cost of the repair, when I was told of the issue and it being fixed, I was also told "Bonneville picked up all charges for the repair." Thank you Rick! You kept your word. That matters most to me. More

Rick put a lot of effort into finding what I was looking for and went to great lengths to deliver the car right away. Eleni is very knowledgeable and approachable. She put me at ease and helped me to understand what I was buying in an informative manner. My past experiences with buying cars over the years have been stocked full of long standoffs, poor service and left feeling that I was the subject of one big money grab. Eleni turned an otherwise stressful process into a fun and exciting experience. Rob walked me through the extended warranty options. He was also very knowledgeable, processed the documents quickly and didn’t try to hard sell me at all. Everyone there was professional, friendly and Ron made it a point to come by and thank me for my business at the close. I enjoyed working with them and they will certainly be first on my list to visit when I’m ready for my next car. -MR More
