Both Rick and Ron Nowe and Tom, the financial manager(?), made us feel welcomed. Rick listened closely to all that we said. I would say that he went beyond what would be expected of a salesperson, explaining carefully the philosophy of the dealership, answering all of our questions, showcasing the dealership, and in general, making this among my best experiences at a dealership in 40+ years. We were pleased with how smoothly changes were made and accepted throughout the experience as we moved through the transaction. We will definitely come back and, in the meantime, we will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle! More
