Easy process, thanks Ron Comfortable waiting room, car washed after service. Was there for routine service, was glad no other issues found with car. Problem resolved, but disappointed Multiple issues which were finally addressed, but took two service visits and multiple conversations. Service Visit #1. - September 22nd, 2018 Issue Multiple issues which were finally addressed, but took two service visits and multiple conversations. Service Visit #1. - September 22nd, 2018 Issue #1: Warranty Issue brought vehicle in back in September for service and to have coolant issue addressed before warranty expired. Was informed warranty had expired. I was sure it had not, based on my purchase date and the in service date. Service Advisor argued that paperwork indicated otherwise and there was nothing he could do. He promised he would have someone else contact me to explain it. No one called and I reached out to the Finance Mgr who told me the mgr of the pre-owned vehicles needed to help me, and he would have him call me. Never received a call Issue #2: Coolant Issue. I was told the system was pressure tested and there was no leak... Service visit ended with purchase of new tires and 75000 mile service. Coolant issue not addressed. Service Visit #2 - December 3rd Over Thanksgiving weekend I had to add coolant again, and once again on Sunday, December 2nd. I brought the vehicle in on Dec 3rd, and notified the Service Advisor of the issue and indicated this would be covered under warranty and I demanded to speak with whoever could answer my questions regarding the warranty. I finally spoke with a manager who was familiar with the certified preowned warranties. He explained everything and was confused as to what the problem was, since it appeared we were in agreement. When I explained that I brought vehicle in back in September, and was told it expired, he now understood the issue, since the warranty didn’t expire until mid-October. Once we completed our conversation, the Service Advisor let me know I had a leaking water pump which was the issue with the coolant leak. The Service Advisor notified me the repair would be handled under warranty for a nominal fee of $85. Not sure what the $85 was for, but agreed to it. In closing the issue was addressed; however, I believe had the effort been made back in September to address the warranty issue, the coolant issue would have been resolved, and there would not have been any confusion or frustration on my part. I can’t honestly say I won’t recommend this service center as all of my service visits with the exception of the last two have been fine. That being said, these two were poorly handled and no one was proactive in getting things resolved. I had to be a bit of a jerk in order to get the issue addressed. Top notch 35,000 miles service time, dropped the car off, had a loaner ready for me. Took about 10 minutes to go from the check in to driving off - just enough 35,000 miles service time, dropped the car off, had a loaner ready for me. Took about 10 minutes to go from the check in to driving off - just enough time for a free coffee - xxxx good selection also. Ron Palcer is my Service Consultant - so happy he is assigned to me, true gentleman. I highly recommend these guys and this location. More

Ron handles everything for me all the time My wife's car had a weird electrical glitch. Ron got news that I called, called me right back, had me in and out fast with a very nice loaner, and our car was fixed that day. More
