I wasn't kept informed because from the beginning, Ron, my service provider, told me how long it would take. My shuttle driver, Louis, was equally very good. As usual, my vehicle was treated very well; the work was done in a timely manner. And I'm always appreciative of the little extras provided...car wash, fluids topped off, everything the guys do to make my visit better and easier for me. There were a couple of items that needed to be don, but Ron was very understanding that I couldn't afford to do them for another couple of weeks. There was no pressure to do more than what I could afford. That means a lot!! Love My Ford Dealership!!! More
