I can only tell you what I know, that is on a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being excellent) (1 poor) Ron always earns a 20! He is top notch in my book, his level of customer service, dedication, compassion for his colleagues and his experience with Ford products are impeccable! Trust me, you just won't find a better individual/service writer in this industry. I would also be remiss if I didn't at least recognize a few of Ron's colleagues that have helped me in the past, those that have provided me the same excellent service. They are Zack, Annette, Allison whom answers the service Center phones and Patsy in new car sales for keeping track of my keys and the very nice young lady, the receptionist in New Car Sales, (I believe her name is Latisha) who took care of my paperwork and my keys. Each of them went out of their way to not only assist me, they did so with a smile and with pleasure. I just can't say enough good about this dealership and the few fantastic employees I've had the pleasure of working with. Every single person I've ever dealt with, even before Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford took over was, and is still fantastic! I would also like to say that 98% of the people I run into in the sales office (the department and showroom floor area) will and usually do just go out of their way to say hello! Thank you Ron and all your colleagues for everything you do! More
