Ron Romano, my service writer called me and kept me updated, especially when parts didn't arrive as expected. Arrangements were made, when it appeared that my F150 was going to be in the shop longer th updated, especially when parts didn't arrive as expected. It's a Ford F150, so it wasn't anything major. My only suggestion would be to return my vehicle, while parts are on order, considering the length of time it takes to get some items. More
