Best car buying experience I've ever had I'm in my 70s and been buying cars for a long time. Most of us dread having to deal with a car dealership. The experience with Dirito Brothers was totally opposite. My contact via phone and email was Ron Simi. I knew basically the car I was looking for and Ron was very helpful providing information, getting me a price I was satisfied with, and just generally helpful. After selecting a vehicle, I changed my mind after seeing another model at the dealership and Ron made the switch with no problem and at the same price. On the day of purchase (October31) I met Ron in person for the first time, and as before he was most helpful. I told him in advance that I didn't want to go through the typical car buying experience which takes several hours at other dealerships. Everything went smoothly including my meeting with Eddie (sorry, I didn't get his last name) to sign all the paper work. Usually the session with "the finance guy" is a bit of an ordeal, but I actually enjoyed meeting with Eddie. We chatted about losing homes in two different fires, our high schools etc., but the actual paperwork process was very quick and painless. Final price was even a few bucks less that what I was expecting to pay. All in all very impressed. Would absolutely recommend Dirito Brothers. I'm only sorry I live a fair distance away (Sonoma County) so probably will not be bringing the car to you for service. Thanks and best wishes / Mark Hellender More
