Ron was great, he answered all my questions always called me back in a timely fashion. I had to reschedule on multiple occasions and he was always very patient and polite. I originally gave 5 stars but I regret that now. I bought a lemon from this dealership and it’s past time for me to return the vehicle. $9000 worth of repairs due to something that was out on the Fo I bought a lemon from this dealership and it’s past time for me to return the vehicle. $9000 worth of repairs due to something that was out on the Ford TSB that was never cared for. I’m now dealing with bad CAM phasers (Campaigns 21N03 & 21B10) leaky struts, bad battery, defective hood latch setting off the alarm. Looks like they mickeyed the vehicle to sell and last past the lemon law timeframe so I couldn’t return the vehicle. Buyer beware, AVOUD THUS DEALERSHIP. More

On my first visit I meet Sergey Fedosov. He showed me a van I had been looking at, answered a few questions and offered a test drive which I declined, I think a very appropriate first meetin He showed me a van I had been looking at, answered a few questions and offered a test drive which I declined, I think a very appropriate first meeting. I came back about a week later, took the van for a drive, agreed on a price with Sergey and George Carr. After which I meet with Manny Fernandes to discuss financing and warranty options which also went well. When I returned to pick up the van Sergey took the time to review every function and option and assisted with syncing up my phone with the Ford app. Probably the best experience I have had at a dealership.
