I came from out of state (CT) to buy my Ford Bronco Sport and I got a great price from them on the 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend (beat anything in CT with the exact same options by a big margin). However, more importantly, they were simply wonderful, honest people to deal with. Both after I test drove the Bronco Sport, as well as over the course of the next few days and several phone calls, my sales person (Eric Langmead) as well as both sales managers (George Carr and Ian Marsh) were simply great. They answered all my questions re about the car and about getting it licensed and registered in CT. Also Manny Fernandes, the Finance Mgr, was also very knowledgeable about all the financing options and/or extended warranties, etc. available to me. The entire sales process was friendly and informative and not "pushy" at all. Also, there were no last minute hidden cost "add-ons" or fees or other unexplainable charges to increase the agreed upon price. And after the sale, they were just as great and Franklin Ford even had two very nice people (Rich and Tony) meet us at the CT DMV in Norwich, CT to insure everything went smoothly with the CT registration process and to answer any last minute questions about the Bronco's Remote Start system and theBluetooth/Applephone link etc.(which made my wife very happy!!). Overall, this was just a wonderful car buying experience (and I have bought a lot of cars over the last 40 yrs) and I rate them as one of the two best ( of the numerous car dealers I have visited) that I have ever dealt with. I would certainly buy from them again and definitely recommend them to anybody. More
