I have always and will continue to recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Each staff person is invested in what goes on within Toyota. I purchased my first car there over 2 Toyota to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Each staff person is invested in what goes on within Toyota. I purchased my first car there over 20 years ago and will not go anywhere else, because of the customer service recieved each and every time. During this recent transaction; I had a budget to stay within; a specific size vehichle I needed and Matt Murphy made the numbers work, while Ron showed me the car. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Matt found the vehicle that fit my needs for the long term and within my budget. While waiting to sign the papers to pick up the new vehicle other people within the dealership offered my coffee/tea and a seat. They made conversation; it did not matter that I was not working directly with them; it was about customer service. Over the years, in working with the shop team; they are just as great. They are what keep me coming back. Toni, years ago said to me there are only a few things in life you need a few good friends and a good honest mechanic. He was right, all the service on my vehicles over the years has been with Falmouth Toyota, unless they recommend it be done elsewhere. People say the price you pay a the dealership for service is higher than at the local mechanic. My answer to that is Falmouth Toyota is my local mechanic, they know my car, they don't over charge me and they are on time and reliable. The team a Falmouth Toyota understand that customer service is the key. I plan on buying my next car there also and I will continue to have all the service done on both the cars I own there. More

Even though I was an out of state buyer, Ron Sjahfieldin the sales person was helpful discriptive and never once tried any pressure sales tactics. In fact no one at this dealership did! Even though I was at the dealership pricing a new Toyota van ron pointed out that they were getting a 2010 van in from a lease and would I be interested in it. I did look at it and because of how Peter Cavicchi and Ron handled the negotiations I bought the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
