Service advisor damaged my door panels attempting to locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never sa locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never said I to look at my door panels!!! I told her to check leak on bottom of door, water was there when it rained. Probably need new weather stripping... I had NO problem with door panels.... Inept and clueless is how I would describe their service. All 4 door panels were touched where they are now apart!!! After damaging my vehicle, I was contacted by another manager, also of no help, and given the runaround ultimately resulting in me having a damaged vehicle and them taking no responsibility. Stellantis NA was also no help, ultimately siding with their dealership. They make a poor quality vehicle and refuse to accept responsibility of anything. I will never deal with this dealership and service department again. More

Worst experience I ever had. Car was trashed at time of pickup. Two screws pushed into leather interior. Two oil spots on passenger seat. Inside trunk cover was not put back in p Car was trashed at time of pickup. Two screws pushed into leather interior. Two oil spots on passenger seat. Inside trunk cover was not put back in place. Oil / gunk substance was on the exterior door. Car had a ceramic coat which was ruined (ate into) by a chemical the detailer applied during my initial complaint. Not to mention that the computer was flashed when told not to this wiping out my custom tune. Had to redownload and calibrate at the performance shop 2 hours away. I had to do a couple paint corrections and apply another ceramic coat. Cost impact was significant. Service manager gave me a card with a number he never answered. Called multiple times in multiple days and always got a voicemail. Called the dealer and got a second number to contact him. Messages left were never returned! More
