Ronan is my second advisor I've worked with. I worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectat Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectation. He did it with patience, a listening ear and a confident response and resolution. I was extremely upset and prepared to escalate my concern before I arrived. You can offer training to try and offer the best Customer Service experience possible, but you can't train posture and body language, tone....all important factors in creating a great experience. Ronan is the most helpful and professional advisor I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. Locked my keys in my trunk on an Army base. I called the 800 Mercedes roadside number, who then hooked me up with Terrance. Terrance set everything up with getting my car towed to the dealership. Then, Alex 800 Mercedes roadside number, who then hooked me up with Terrance. Terrance set everything up with getting my car towed to the dealership. Then, Alex helped and hooked me up with his lead service tech, Scott, who got the car unlocked and trunk opened. Scott and I talked for a few minutes about some things to be aware of with my new (to me) purchase, and really was extremely personable and professional. This was all done at 5:10 at the very end of their work day. I really appreciate the professionalism from every staff member who assisted me with this headache. This isn’t my first Mercedes, but it is the first Mercedes I have owned that is new enough to justify taking it to a dealership for service. These guys definitely earned my business and loyalty as a customer. The tow truck driver they contracted to get my vehicle was also top notch and provided great service and interaction. MB of Annapolis really has excelled with providing amazing customer service. I will be back to get routine maintenance done on my car for sure. I have been looking at picking up some AMG style wheels, as well as a few minor modifications. If I can’t do the work myself, I will be coming back here for that as well. More

Ronan was attentive to the problems I had with my car. He and his team properly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the service I've received with him and the service center. H and his team properly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem.
