Ronan is my second advisor I've worked with. I worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectat Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectation. He did it with patience, a listening ear and a confident response and resolution. I was extremely upset and prepared to escalate my concern before I arrived. You can offer training to try and offer the best Customer Service experience possible, but you can't train posture and body language, tone....all important factors in creating a great experience.
