Please understand the service associate Leo was very professional and helpful. The problem I have is my car is still not fixed. I brought my car in because it was getting stuck in the park position when professional and helpful. The problem I have is my car is still not fixed. I brought my car in because it was getting stuck in the park position when I wanted to drive the car. I was told that the technician looked at my car and tested it to find the problem. Of course the car did not get stuck in park when it was at your service center for repair. When I brought my car home, after two days, the problem started again. I tried everything I could to get the gears to shift into drive however, to no avail. I called and left a message for Leo to get back to me but the first text I received since I called was to complete this survey. I only want my car fixed. I understand you cannot recreate the problem if it doesn't happen when the car is with you, however, there is definitely a problem with the gears shifting or the line going from the brakes to the shifting gears. Please call or text me as to when I can bring my car back in the be fixed because the car is malfunctioning. Thank you. Janice Thomas More
