Tim, Sales Manager, Ron Rosario my salesman, and especially Tony Bruno, GM went way out of their way to make sure the transaction got completed correctly and I was a happy customer. In the end, I got a GREAT SUV, an extremely fair deal, and walked away a happy customer. My wife LOVES her new Toyota. I would recommend Jafarian Toyota/Volvo to anyone looking for a vehicle. mislead by the salesperson I arrived on a Sunday with my wife to purchase a vehicle that I was told by my salesperson was available and that was "on one of our properties" we ag I arrived on a Sunday with my wife to purchase a vehicle that I was told by my salesperson was available and that was "on one of our properties" we agreed on a price and was promised that it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. With that promise, I agreed to sign a purchase and sales agreement and allow the dealership to charge my American Express $2,500. that promise proved to be false, they DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSSETS!! After multiple calls and the runaround I realized they could not produce the car or the VIN number so I could not secure my loan and insurance binder. I reached out to the sales manager and continued to get the same runaround. On Friday I cancelled the P&S agreement and I am still trying to get my $2,500 back!!! This is a slick outfit that I would not recommend to anyone. More
