I traded in my old car for a newer one and transferred my existing plates. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received the title. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get answers, and my bank has been trying to reach the dealership for 6 months. This is completely unacceptable. They’re not very transparent and they withhold information far as rates the bank is actually offering.
