The process was really quick and clear, no hidden fee, nothing left unexplained, everything was right on the schedule, and if something happened at the last minute, you will be informed right away. I put down a deposit for the car that I wanted, and on the day that the car arrived, it took me less than 2 hours to drive it off the lot. Mr. Rooben even spent 30 minutes to go through every single buttons in the car and their functions, which was the most important step in my opinion because being a girl I do not know much about automobiles. I have only great things to say about him and this dealer. My friend tagged along on the day that I went to pick up my car and seeing how things were handled in the most professional ways here, he decided to get a Hyundai himself. More

We had the pleasure of working with Rooben , a wonderful, experience, no pressure salesperson, an exemplary person in his field. When we walked in he mentioned this is not going to be like a normal dealershi experience, no pressure salesperson, an exemplary person in his field. From applying for financing to signing the final paperwork and driving the vehicle off the lot it was no more than an hour. It was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Not only that he made us feel comfortable looking at cars and not intimidated by all the choices . We went to dealership to buy a car that was going to be available in 3 weeks but we end up buying a different car they had available on lot and I can’t say enough how happy we are with our purchase. we also got the best deal compare to other competitors . Due to computer chip shortage that affected manufacturing and as such there is an inventory shortage every other Hyundai dealership that I reached out had 5k to 10k mark ups or they will force you to buy nonsense add ons but not here at Tustin Hyundai. Thank you so much Rooben for this amazing buying experience . Highly recommend this dealership! Do yourself a favor and check these guys out and ask for Rooben . More
