Mr. Rooben was the person that helped me going through the process of purchasing the 2022 KoNa and I was grateful that I met him. The process was really quick and clear, no hidden fee, nothing left unexplained, everything was right on the schedule, and if something happened at the last minute, you will be informed right away. I put down a deposit for the car that I wanted, and on the day that the car arrived, it took me less than 2 hours to drive it off the lot. Mr. Rooben even spent 30 minutes to go through every single buttons in the car and their functions, which was the most important step in my opinion because being a girl I do not know much about automobiles. I have only great things to say about him and this dealer. My friend tagged along on the day that I went to pick up my car and seeing how things were handled in the most professional ways here, he decided to get a Hyundai himself. More
