Just my normal oil change My husband & I have been dealing with Honda of the Avenues for well over 6 years. We have purchased 4 cars from them & always went to the service cent My husband & I have been dealing with Honda of the Avenues for well over 6 years. We have purchased 4 cars from them & always went to the service center to get serviced. Now keep in mind i could go anywer else for a cheaper price but i love my Honda & the team that helped me with getting my Honda. I just went in for service and surprisingly i was out w/in the hour, Im usually there for 2 hours. I recommend everyone & anyone to go to Honda of the Avenues for great & excellent service. More

Great experience !!! I did my research on the internet and contacted all the area dealers. This dealership installs options whether you want them or not and charges inflated prices (above MSRP) for them. I was at the dealership 3 1/2 hrs to get the price and pay. I was exhausted. And instead of focusing on the gadgets in the Honda Pilot, he spent considerable time explaining its numerous safety features--an important subject considering I will be using the Pilot to transport my family. I do not own a cell phone. Ross was gracious enough to let me use his cell phone several times so that I could call my wife at home and get the necessary information I needed to complete the sales application. Rory also answered all of my questions about financing my vehicle. He also took the time to research and advise me on additional financing options I had not considered. Nick explained the Consumer Reports pricing that I obtained. I was only planning to look at vehicles and not purchase a new one on Saturday. As a result, I drove my wife's Honda Odyssey to the dealership instead of my Subaru Forester that I was planning to trade in. After the sale was completed, Nick drove my new Honda Pilot home while I drove the Honda Odyssey home. Nick put the license plate from my Subaru Forester on my new Honda Pilot and drove my Subaru Forester back to the dealership. Since I live on the opposite side of town from the dealership, Nick's gesture was a prime example of "going the extra mile" for the customer. If Honda used the Net Promoter Score (NPS) that many companies use in their customer surveys, I would have to give a rating of "10" (on a scale from 0-10) for the "ultimate" question, "How likely would you recommend Honda of the Avenues to a friend or colleague?" Sales person, Gabe Valenzuela, was very up front and personable with me and was eager to please his customer.
