We were greeted at the door and the service was exceptional! Especially Morris, who went way above and beyond to make sure we stayed in the price range we insisted upon. We ended up leaving with a brand new Honda Civic that was 20$ less per month than our original price point! Morris was kind, professional and completely down to earth. He never once came off as pushy or aggressive. Being in the sales profession myself, I know all to well how some sales people can be. This was NOT the case with Morris!! I've been to almost every Honda dealership in the area from deland coggin, 1 purchase from Hendrick Honda, 1 coggin st. Augustine, 1 from Gary yeomans honda and just 3 days ago from Honda of the avenues. Had it not been for my close friend at gary yeomans and Hendrick, I would not have bought a car from there. Coggin st. Augustine was very sneaky. Honda of the avenues was quick transparent willing and caring. My sales person was Thomas aka TC and finance director Sam Fakhoury. TC funny and swift. Sam humble and inviting. I've gained at least 2 new acquaintances worth knowing. Shout out to Rory, the used car manager and whomever else worked on my deal. 2 month lease civic into a new accord with lower payment. Thank you all and forgive me for not including all names, I only remember the ones I encountered but thank those behind the scene. 4th honda working on 5th Honda getting rid of my other car 2017 altima. More

My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Zac Hewitt was an amazing guy who made sure we were taken care of and made sure he followed up on everything from beginning to the end! I will definitely be back when my son purchases his first car from Honda! THANKS GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! More

I Rory worked with me to get to an acceptable price on my 2010 Fit without presure tactics. I returned to buy a 2019 Insight Touring and dealt with Richard Norton and Rory to make the deal. I am very pleased with the sales and service at the dealership. Great job guys! More

There was absolutely zero pressure to make a decision, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone I encountered was courteous and very casual. I'm located 80 miles south of this dealer, and would gladly make the trip to purchase from here in the future. The deal was very fair and both my trades were within reason. If I wanted the car more, I would've bought it, but I'm still very happy with my current car... So I opted against the purchase. To this day I have not been bothered or harassed, and the one follow up call was very pleasant. 10/10 would go back! More
