I would like to say thank you very much for the great customer service .. acttitude wise made all difference. I had called a different dealer closer to home since we've recently moved and I was completel customer service .. acttitude wise made all difference. I had called a different dealer closer to home since we've recently moved and I was completely turned off by their customer service attitude so I called five star which is who service my vehicle in the past and I would like to say that I will continue to drive out here because of the great customer service. Service advisor Ryan he was professional, he was quick, he kept me informed and tried to work with us at time of repair/costs.. most of all he was courteous, respectful was willing to help and happy to help answer my calls/emails w: questions etc. and even the lady scheduling service appointment was very friendly and helpful. The service at Five Star Chevrolet is remarkable. Most everyone during my visit was welcoming. It totally blew my mind when the technician sent me a text with the video update highlighting the service performed.
