The experience was the best I’ve ever had at a dealership.. they go out of there way to make the deal easy. From Roscoe Peace salesman , the service manager Eddie Overby and finance Keith Stone was the most professional, willing, friendliest , educated , and most of all the best customer service EVER !!! I have never felt more at ease and relaxed as I did at this dealership !! Cudos to all involved in this sale!!! No pressure, no hype, just friendly customer service I stopped in to look at trucks and Roscoe Peace helped me do so without any pressure. He patiently showed me several while quietly talking with me to I stopped in to look at trucks and Roscoe Peace helped me do so without any pressure. He patiently showed me several while quietly talking with me to learn what I really wanted. Within about an hour we had settled on 2 trucks. I left and came back later with my wife to look again and Roscoe again spent time with us without pressure or overselling either truck. He pointed out the good points on each and we left that evening committed to purchase the GMC Sierra SLT that he showed to us. The next day we arrived about 11 am and sat down with Roscoe and he patiently walked us through everything until he handed us the keys. Then he spent another half hour showing even more features to us. I would recommend Roscoe and Master to anyone looking for a new truck. More
