I have been to valley Honda previously for service when I lived in the area, and then moved to Chicago and ended up going to other Honda locations for service and to purchase a new car - after multiple terri lived in the area, and then moved to Chicago and ended up going to other Honda locations for service and to purchase a new car - after multiple terrible experiences at other dealerships I decided to trade in my civic and made the trip out to valley Honda hoping that the experience would be as positive as I remembered it being in the past and it was exactly that! Specifically, Jackson Mize was wonderful. He made the entire process so approachable, low stress, and seamless. He was patient (which was critical because we had our 6mo baby in tow), and didn’t use the antagonistic sales tactics that often make car buying a dreadful experience.
