Due to the supply chain concerns, I opted to order my vehicle rather than waiting for stock to come in. Rosh explained every step of the process and kept me up up to date along the way until my vehicle arrived and was ready for delivery. The excellent service did not end with delivery of my vehicle. From the start he said “I’m going to ensure a positive experience”, my thought was “yeah right.” But it accident. Rosh Browne has been a delight. From the start he said “I’m going to ensure a positive experience”, my thought was “yeah right.” But it was just that. He kept his word on everything, was super responsive, and I didn’t get what usually happens to me, a woman, walking into a dealership alone. Diving into his story I saw he came from Nissan and built his career on being the opposite of what you expect a car salesman to be. He’s the one you want to work with if you are searching. The entire transaction was done virtually until the moment I stepped in and purchased the car. One month later I’m super happy, I got it at the right price and in a time where every other dealer was charging ridiculous overages and saying there were no black cars. Hooray! More
