Great experience From the moment I walked thru the door, i realized this was not the "typical" car dealership. I was greeted with a smile by salesperson Gregory Robert From the moment I walked thru the door, i realized this was not the "typical" car dealership. I was greeted with a smile by salesperson Gregory Robertson, he really was a welcoming person. He asked questions to determine my needs in my next purchase of a vehicle.......Gregory really knows his products! He proceeded to offer me a coffee as he pulled up the perfect vehicle that suited my needs perfectly! We took a test drive and he explained ALL the wonderful features of the Sonata....when we returned back to the dealership he introduced me to the customer relations woman Rosie....I could not have been more impressed by both of there welcoming smiles and enthusiasm for me!! I could go on and on about these 2 employees.....definitely wonderful assets to the Napleton TEAM! A big THANK YOU to them both. More
