Michael "Sparky" Meador was friendly and efficient getting our deal done. He had only our best interest in mind throughout the entire transaction and made us feel like friends he's known for years. Everyone we met a long the way of our transaction delivered a 5 star experience. Even Libby, the sweet lady cleaning the dealership in the evening, was friendly and considerate of our experience as she asked if it was okay for her to vacuum nearby while we were working the deal. This is my 4th new car purchase from a dealer in Naples/Estero but Naples Acura provided us with the best car buying experience ever, by far! More

Excellent experience with top notch service. Matthew C. in Sales took care of us!. We reside in Palm Beach County and we were in the Market for 2 new leases. We had used Napleton Acura for the past 10 year in Sales took care of us!. We reside in Palm Beach County and we were in the Market for 2 new leases. We had used Napleton Acura for the past 10 years for all our car leases and our 2 leases were due to exchange in December 2021. We were in the Market for the New Type S TLX and were told by the manager that we would have to put down $10,000 down and added a Market value charge of $15,000 above MSRP, we called Pembroke Pines Acura and they were asking $10,000 above MSRP! When we mentioned this to the Manager at Napleton Acura , His remark was that the difference was because it was Broward County and and the clientele from Broward County and Palm Beach County are not the same. We walked away and researched over 6 dealerships from Miami to Tampa and they were all charging from $5,000 to $10,000 above MSRP.... Our last call was to Naples Acura in which we were NOT OVER CHARGED anything above MSRP and Did not have to put an outrageous amount down for a lease....Matthew and his manager went above and beyond and hand delivered a Brand New Acura Type S TLX for my husband to our home in Palm Beach. If anyone in the east coast of Florida is looking for a new Car this is the dealer to go to. The staff took care of everything over the phone. Outstanding Service! I'll be calling them again when I'm ready to trade my TLX in. More
