I started the process of getting into a newer however used vehicle online and within minutes a sales rep and accountant reached out and for the ball rolling. Needed a car. Overwhelmed by many car dealers as I have never purchased a car before. BMW staff is very nice and helpful. But I got talked into some warranty I did not need since I only drive 7,000 miles never purchased a car before. BMW staff is very nice and helpful.
