I had the pleasure of working with salesman Steve Kizewic on the purchase and trade from one BMW to another. I had a complicated trade issue and Steve and sales manager Ross found a vehicle i would be happy on the purchase and trade from one BMW to another. I had a complicated trade issue and Steve and sales manager Ross found a vehicle i would be happy with that fit my needs! Lots of credit and love to the finance dept., thank you Tyler and Donavan! I love my SUV and when I am ready to upgrade to my next vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else! Cant forget Bailey the tech genius, she set up my bluetooth to my device while I was signing my documents!! Steve sacrificed his steak dinner on his day off to stay after closing with Donovan and Bailey to work with my schedule! Thanks everyone and be in for my X5 mats😏 More

I bought my first bmw a few weeks ago. The financing went so smoothly & Donaven was a pleasure to work with! He went over everything with me and really took his time with me. Be careful Deceptive sales tactics . When I addressed issue with Sales Manager he responded “oh well you signed” . I filed a formal complaint with BMW. Over the Deceptive sales tactics . Over the years my family has purchased nearly 10 BMW’s ( from other BMW dealerships) I would take pupilc transportation before purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. BE CAREFUL !! More
