Ross was great, nonthreatening and understood when I wasn’t feeling well to postpone the deal. He allowed for me to take the car for a spin for an entire day, which truly made me seal the deal. His nonchalant attitude, but dedication to making me happy. Ultimately caused me to make the decision to go with the car at this dealership. I got a grade car for a great deal, and Ross continues to be very transparent and communicates the next steps as far as additional detailing with the bumper etc. that needs to occur. It’s not just the sale of the car, but making a customer happy with maintenance after buying the car and abiding by next steps and scheduling accordingly. Great experience overall!!!! More

I brought my X3 in to this service center twice for the same issue regarding the driver restraint system. Both times I was told that the error light was due to things I had near the seat. I’ve cleared, the same issue regarding the driver restraint system. Both times I was told that the error light was due to things I had near the seat. I’ve cleared, the error light persisted and is still on. I also asked to speak with a finance manager during both visits to extend my lease. I was told they are busy selling cars the first visit and the next that they were in a meeting and I would receive a call back. I left my information and never received a call. I am disappointed in the service that I received recently. It’s disappointing that I have 600 miles left on my lease and can not speak to someone. More
