Roy and Jack were great to me and went above and beyond what was required of the dealership when dealing with the issue of my car. When it came time to trade in my lease, I knew I was using Kelly of Lynnfield. I have two small children and having them in a dealership for hours is not a good experience. We dealt with Lou over the phone and had a deal set up over the phone. We went down there and had our papers signed and the keys in hand within an hour. First experience with a dealership that didn't take hours or set up a deal over the phone only to find out terms changed when we arrived.
