They're careful about tracking you down for recalls Not the same reception areas and service waiting areas as the luxury lines. But you are treated well, respectfully, and promptly. More

I love the vehicle, and dealing with Kelly Nissan is always a pleasant experience for me. Whether it is the Sales, Finance, or Service Department, my visits are quick and efficient, even without an appointment. The staff seems to never change. It's always the same people in all departments who are committed to this business. It seems like a family. Whenever I have my car serviced, I use the waiting room until my vehicle is ready. The atmosphere is professional and friendly, very stress-free. Customers have all the amenities available to them, and the time flies by. I actually look forward to this time, when I force myself to sit quietly and relax. There is TV, reading material, coffee, and doughnuts. The area is immaculate. That's why their motto is "We Make It Easy"! More

Great service, great staff I took my car in for service and was very impressed with how great everything was! My service was done quick and I was even informed there was a recal I took my car in for service and was very impressed with how great everything was!
