Awful communication. I have to say my last experience here at Kelly Nissan was awful. My car got towed to this location at 9:30am because my car was not starting. 2pm late I have to say my last experience here at Kelly Nissan was awful. My car got towed to this location at 9:30am because my car was not starting. 2pm later that day and I hadn't received a call or any information in regards to my car so I decided to call. When I did call Roy in service had told me my car was no where in their location?!?!?! So why didn't I get a call earlier telling me that? Was I not important because I had no appointment ? Turned out car was sitting in their used car lot the whole time. After several calls to the towing company and going back and forth with Roy which always told me he would call me back as soon as he had info and never called me back!! It was I who kept calling him. I asked to speak to a manger and was told he would give me a call and never did. Wanted to explain to him/her about my horrible Expiernce. I would t recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately this is the closest to me. I guess my real disappointment was getting told over and over again that my car wasn't at Kelly Nissan when it actually was there! I went crazy wondering where my car had gotten towed too. Poor poor communication! I did all the calling back! It wasn't like Roy didn't have any information because he sure did! every time I had to give him a call back he had new info that he should have shared with me and failed to do so. More
