He took the time to understand our needs and patiently explained every detail of the car and the different trim levels. We test drove multiple vehicles and Royce was very patuent and receptive to our concerns. During negotiations, he was very candid and respectful and we never felt compelled even though it was past business hours. We got a great deal and many thanks to Royce and Troncalli. He followed up with us after a few days to make sure we were enjoying our vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and will be happy to do business with them again. If you go there, ask for Royce!
