Royce Worley was patient in showing us how all the features worked - even down to how you can pre-program navigation destination into the Uconnect app and send it to the van ahead of time so that it is waiting for you when you load the family up ready to go! We were so impressed with Royce's professionalism, how he represented Troncalli, and his customer service attitude. He made doing the deal easy and we got a great deal overall. Royce, Jo We purchased an almost new Dodge 3500 to tow our camper with. After dealing with another very terrible dealership, Troncalli was a blessing! Royce, Joe, and everyone we talked to were wonderful!! They delivered the truck to us, and after delivery we found a few small issues, Neal in service took the truck in, gave us a rental car and had the truck brought back to us 3 days later with every problem fixed perfectly and they had the truck cleaned again! We couldn't recommend Troncalli enough! Great place to buy a car! More
