Excellent professional service I was greeted immediately and the service plan on my Lexus was explained to me by Ruben. Best ever! Ruben is the best! He's goes above and beyond each and every time my car needs service. Last year, when I brought my car in for service, he informed m Ruben is the best! He's goes above and beyond each and every time my car needs service. Last year, when I brought my car in for service, he informed me that there was a recall on my dashboard. I was so happy to get it replaced, since it was showing some wear and tear since it's a ten year old car. I have never owned a car for that long, but I've learned, that you can't go wrong with a Lexus, either the car or the outstanding service! More

Excellent service!! I had a issue with my GX 460 airbag recall. They promptly made an appointment tp fix the problem , called me in advance regarding the appiontment I had a issue with my GX 460 airbag recall. I met Mr Ruben Bustos in the morning and he handled all the details very promptly, he was very efficient, fast, courteous,gave me a loner car & called as promised, when the work was done.
