Excellent service as always Ruben is my service manager and I took my 18 lease RX 350 in for 6 month service and Ruben was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. Took it home and Ruben is my service manager and I took my 18 lease RX 350 in for 6 month service and Ruben was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. Took it home and noticed a vibration in the tires and took it back, they spent 2 hours balancing and adjusting them so now my RX rides even better than when I first got her in April. Thank you Ruben! You folks rock! More

I’ve tried others dealers to just see how we were treated and was very disturbed by their lack of good customer service. Very friendly and caring dealership with excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment for service quickly and not wait two weeks or longer to bring the car in. I was also able to get a loaner so I I was able to schedule an appointment for service quickly and not wait two weeks or longer to bring the car in. I was also able to get a loaner so I didn’t have to sit all day in the waiting room. I have serviced both my cars at the dealership for years and all repairs and service have been done timely with no need to return for further repairs or service. Have always had a great experience at this dealership. More
