It makes the buying process feel like it doesn't matter to anyone aside from Reuben. Nikolas Anastassopoulos tried to play around with the agreed upon price right before we signed the deal. Also was too persistent when trying to sell extended warranties and such. I bought a car outright, negotiated to the top of what I could afford, he should have been able to read the room and know we were not going to add anything else. Given the history I have here I expected a little more of a personal touch from the people above my salesman. Other than Reuben, I am not sure anyone at this dealership cared about the customer experience at all. As long as Reuben is there, I can recommend this dealership. Once he is gone, I am not sure that I will ever do business here again. More

I was lucky to meet Ruben when I walked in the door of VW Naples. He went above and beyond to find the right car for me. He took the time to answer all my questions and actually show me the proposed cars. He explained the differences between the models and was never in a hurry. Conversation was always enjoyable and I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed to accept something unless I was entirely happy. Nik was also committed to meeting my financial needs. Thank you, Ruben and Nik for the great service! You made it easy and enjoyable and completely changed my opinion about auto-dealership experiences. More
