Very good experience We just purchased a 2015 GL350 BlueTec vehicle from MB of Princeton (our first Mercedes-Benz!). Despite a delay in the delivery of the vehicle due to We just purchased a 2015 GL350 BlueTec vehicle from MB of Princeton (our first Mercedes-Benz!). Despite a delay in the delivery of the vehicle due to a lengthy tire backorder, our sales rep, Dale Cook, made the experience well worth the wait. Dale kept us informed almost weekly on the updated delivery status. During our wait he arranged for a loaner vehicle, thankfully, since the lack of a second car would have made family life very difficult. He also went to bat for us asking MB Corporate to compensate us in some way for the long delay. Mercedes-Benz agreed to offer the 4 year/40,000 mile maintenance package for free! Dale went above and beyond the call of duty. Dale was always pleasant, willing to take on any questions or concerns, and never failed to have a smile on his face. We would not hesitate for a moment in recommending MB of Princeton AND Dale Cook in particular. Last, but not least, when our car was finally delivered, Ruben Lebron, (Customer Support & Product Specialist) did an excellent job walking us through all of the car's features, which could be rather intimidating at first. He patiently answered all of our questions. Ruben clearly knew the vehicle inside and out, and we never felt rushed. We love our new Mercedes-Benz!!! More

Phenomenal Customer Service from Thomas Trovas from Day 1! From the concierge desk to the sales desk the experience was top notch. My sales consultant, Thomas Trovas, responded to my initial online inquiry promptly and then provided A-1 experience through the delivery process. Thomas made the difference for me and is an asset for Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. Even more important that I've been a lifelong BMW loyalist ... time for a new start and Thomas was the catalyst. Ruben and Francis were extremely informative and passionate members of the MB Concierge team! Great collaboration! More

Excellent Customer Service My husband and I recently purchased our GLK from Princeton MB. We were given excellent attention by Frank O'Grady. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy our transaction was. We purchased our vehicle late Saturday and came back on Monday to finalize the paperwork and everything was ready to go. Frank expertly explained everything and was extremely patient with all our questions. We also would like to thank Ruben. He took us for our test drive and his enthusiasm was contagious! Ruben answered all our questions and his knowledge of the workings of the GLK was a big selling point for us. Frank and Ruben are the best. We also had the opportunity to check out the Service department. One of the headlights went out. I called Frank on a Friday and we were able to get an appointment for Saturday. The light was fixed and we were on our way in short order. Cudos to Frank, Ruben and the Service Team, great job done by all! More

We are always in great hands with Team Napierkowski!!! My husband has been looking at the S550 for years now, but settled on a ML350 in 2010; it was a good choice for the family at the time. However,when it was time to move on from his ML350 we picked up the phone and called Princeton MB immediately. As usual, Gary remembered exactly what we wanted,!! He also he knows that we don't like to play games and dicker around on pricing, and that we would make a decision immediately if he found us he right car and deal!! We wanted black on black, just like the new 2012 E350 he sold us.. He asked us to be patient and said he would find exactly what we were looking for. Just a few days later, he had it, we drove it, we loved it and we bought it. My husband is really enjoying it and his golf clubs fit much much better!!! We could not have done it with the help, and commitment to service from Gary. It is always a pleasure to deal with Gary. Jeff Hirtler in service should also be recognized for the tremendous customer experience he always brings to the table each and every time we are in there!!! He is tremendous, a true asset to the Service Team!!! More

So I went back to see him when I needed another car. Tom is a friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and courteous person. He listens to your needs and tries to accomodate you. He is always professional. I know I can rely on him and this dealer if I run into any problem with my car. I highly recommend this dealer and make sure you see Tom. New CAR I went into Mercedes on Saturday looking to purchase a new car. After looking at several different models the CLA caught my eye. I was then taken for I went into Mercedes on Saturday looking to purchase a new car. After looking at several different models the CLA caught my eye. I was then taken for a test drive with Ruben. He answered any questions that me and my parents had and made the short ride very knowledgeable. Ruben then took us upstairs to look at a bunch of different CLAs they had in stock. He went over every outside feature that made each car slightly different. After deciding my color and interior I was then taken to Patrick to chose the appropriate car in my price range and liking. Patrick was AWESOME. I never want to deal with anyone else. He was sweet, friendly and didn't pressure me into any additional features I wasn't interested in. As soon as we came to a agreement with my car he then made sure it was ready for me within the hour. He even made the dreadful paperwork somewhat fun and quick. Seeing my car for the first time with a huge pink now just made the experience even better! Overall I am THRILLED and INLOVE with my car. Without Patrick this new car wouldn't have been possible. I left with more than expected within my price range. Any one looking to purchase a Mercedes at Princeton I wouldn't go to anyone else besides Patrick!! Give that boy a raise! my experience was exception with doug..i called in and literally bought the car over the phone i had shopped around locally and the customer service was yanking my chains and trying to over charge me..so literally bought the car over the phone i had shopped around locally and the customer service was yanking my chains and trying to over charge me..so i am self employed and have very little time to run around from dealership to dealership..so i decided to call princeton mercedes and got doug as a salesman it was my lucky day and he beat everyones price by 50 dollars a month and gave me free maintence with the car, no other dealership even offered that to me..doug was on it from the beginning i talk to him on the phone for about 20 minutes and got it done..i was soooo happy to see someone so willing to help make this experience so painless and so worryfree ..he did everything in a matter of 15 mins and then rubin explained the car fully to me..i have owned lexus,bmw, infiniti and never experience anything like this customer service..what a lucky dealership to have such caring and patient employees..great job everyone i would definately like to do business with them in the future...by the way love my new ml..and thanks for making it possible...the real professionals no hard sell loved the whole experience More

He helped us make the correct decision in our own time and explained every aspect to us. Ruben was a wealth of knowledge and also went above and beyond to help explain/demonstrate all the incredible features of the 2012 GL450.
