My first Mini but my 5th or 6th car at the same location, BMW of Ramsey which is on the same campus. Mini is owned and managed by BMW, and it shows everywhere in the car. While the experience at "BMW of Ramsey" used to be far superior when it was called "Prestige BMW" years ago and had the old starff, "Mini of Ramsey" seems to have escaped the curse and to have kept all the qualities which make it a joy to purchase a car there. Among the Mini sales team, Judy King leads the show and she knows her business: Flawless service and a very pleasant experience, not only buying the car but also returning for hands-on guidance over the incredible technology of the mid-2020's.
