Problems. Apologize only after poor review. Called. Had to leave message to call me. 3 hrs. later called again and left message to call me. Finally sent email. Rudi did then call me back, ap Called. Had to leave message to call me. 3 hrs. later called again and left message to call me. Finally sent email. Rudi did then call me back, apologized (very busy day and he was only one there). Told of problem with my registration saying "gas", and now seeing the title application they had filled out had gas and wrong mileage. He said computer error but would check with ??? and get back to me in 1/2 hour , since I was worried if it would be a problem with VW buyback program. That night went by, as did the next day and no call. This, on top of the problems I had with buying the new car (insurance not taken care of by dealership, salesman saying cost of car transporter etc). I had written him a letter explaining problems but again did not get a response till a somewhat negative rating I posted. It was another person who did call me back after that and resolved one of the issues. From the ratings it seems Rudi is a good person, but for someone who expects a response and is ignored I was very disappointed. More
