My salesperson, Ernie, went out of his way to measure and compare trunk space between vehicles, helped me transfer items from my old car into the new one, and took the time to explain the smallest details. I had the same experience with my last purchase which is why I came back for a second time. Rudy, the sales manager, is always professional and easy to work with. Servicing my vehicle has always been painless and top notch. Chad and Valerie from the service department always go above and beyond when I come in for routine maintenance. The dealership sends out regular service coupons which I take full advantage of. I will definitely be back to Paramount VW for my next vehicle. More

Great Service! Evan and Rudi gave me amazing customer service when assisting me with my 2016 Jetta. They were both kind and professional and spent time with me listening to what I was really looking for. Evan made sure to take the time to show me all of the features on the car since many of the them were different from my previous Jetta. They made the experience very easy and I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that would have made it better would be that they did not play Christian music in the dealership. I do not want religion pushed on me while I am looking to buy a car.( This is obviously not Evan or Rudi's fault-but I did want to point this out) Again, I do want to emphasize that Evan and Rudi were great and I would highly recommend them! More
